About the project:

The team totally gutted and renovated this very run down five bedroom house, adding a 6 metre extension, creating a utility room, downstairs wc, and an array of storage across all floors.

Two bathrooms were also added to the property, whilst two small bedrooms were re-built to encompass one master bedroom and attic en-suite.

An outdoor food preparation and storage area was also created, along with an open ‘out house’.

Both front and back gardens were fully landscaped and redesigned.

The property was bought for £595 but is now a very comfortable family home worth more than £900,000.
